Chez Telendo, nous croyons qu’un examen endoscopique ne devrait pas être un moment éphémère, interprété en temps réel puis oublié.
Notre mission est de permettre à chaque procédure d’être relue, analysée, partagée et valorisée dans le temps, sans changer le geste du praticien.
Notre vision à long terme : faire émerger un nouveau standard d’interprétation, au croisement de l’imagerie médicale, de l’IA et de la traçabilité clinique.

De la recherche académique à l’innovation clinique, les grandes étapes qui ont façonné Telendo.
2015
Naissance d’une idée au CNRS, Université de Lorraine
Les premiers travaux à l’origine de Telendo débutent en 2015 dans le cadre de recherches en traitement d’image appliqué à l’endoscopie diagnostique. Porté par le laboratoire CRAN (CNRS / Université de Lorraine), le projet Innovascope explore le potentiel de la reconstruction mosaïque des organes internes à partir de séquences vidéo brutes.
2020 -2024
Technological maturation
Between 2020 and 2024, the project received successive support from CNRS Innovation and SATT Sayens, including maturation funding and technical assistance.
A functional prototype was developed, tested in a clinical environment, and validated by several gastroenterologists, particularly within AP-HP. This phase demonstrated both the technical feasibility and the medical relevance of the endoscopic digital twin.
2025
Founding of Telendo
En 2025, Telendo est officiellement fondée par Carsten Müller et Clément Fauvel, avec le soutien du venture studio Factory 319. La startup s’engage alors dans une dynamique d’industrialisation et de structuration réglementaire.
La même année, Telendo est sélectionnée par EIT Health pour bénéficier d’un accompagnement stratégique dans le cadre de son programme européen dédié aux solutions deeptech à fort impact clinique.
